The idea of ISFA is to provide the latest and updated knowledge to student in the field of finance. Today, there are so many courses as regards the accounts offered by various organizations some at national level, and some at regional or local level. Ongoing through these entire courses ISFA team found that the courses available are not designed to cater the job needs of the industry. The team has also observed that all these institutes are provide guarantees of job for Rs. 4,500/- to Rs. 5,000/- but failed to provide the jobs as assured. Ultimately they settled the students at somewhere Rs. 1,500/- to Rs. 2,500/-. Further, it is also observed that the dropout ratios in these institutes are quite high due to non-attention towards the practical difficulties of students and the timely delivery as well as completion of courses.
ISFA team has arranged meetings with the industrialists, understood their needs, and then designed the courses, which will make students perfect in job in the properly motivated and providing the proper guidence then he can earn handsomely. Further, ISFA is going to provide proper and balance education to these students.

Further, the organization has the team of Professional Proctitioners, Chertered Accountant, Company Secretary, Industrialists, and Acadamician. The partners of this venture has managed and run the franchisee of one of the so-called leading brand in accounts training. The idea to get into the own brand came forward when it was observed that the needs of the industry is quite different from what the franchisee was providing.
