Dr. V. K. Jain, Chairman
Dr. Jain is a postgraduate in Commerce and Law. He is first class first in M.Com. & a Gold Medallist in LL.B.
He has done M. Phil. In Financial Management and is recipient of UGC Fellowship for pursuing research in Taxation. He holds the distinction of being the first Ph.D. in Tax, his topic being "Tax Incentives under direct tax laws and its impact on investment climate."
Dr. Jain also has the distinction of having stood fourth in India in the Company Secretaries Examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He was formerly Reader in G.S. College of Commerce and Economics, Nagpur and has a teaching experience of 30 years. He is associated with various training and educational institutions.
He is a visiting faculty at National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT), Nagpur, where he teaches Business and Corporate Laws to the Assistant Commissioners of Income Tax.
Dr Jain has also been a visiting faculty at the National Academy of Defence Production (NADP), Nagpur, BSNL Training Centre, Nagpur, Academic Staff College, Nagpur, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Management Courses, Nagpur, Indira Gandhi Open University, New Delhi and various others professional and management institutions.
He has been presenting papers in seminars and conferences organized by various forums in the country. He has contributed several articles in reputed journals on taxation and corporate laws. He was the resource person for training and guiding the teachers of taxation of the University for the new syllabus.
Dr. Jain has authored books on Secretarial Practice, Taxation; Business Finance, Business Communication, Mercantile Law and Corporate Laws. He has written beginners series for the college students, which includes apart from Income tax for beginners, Business Finance for beginners, Company law for beginners, and indirect taxes for beginners.
As a Company Secretary Dr. Jain has wide exposure of the practices in capital market, stock exchange and the corporate sector. His teaching style is a unique blend of the theoretical and practical aspects of the subject. He is the present Chairman and past secretary of the Nagpur Chapter of WIRC of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He is the first recipient of the "Best Teacher" award, from Nagpur University in the Faculty of Commerce, 2002-03.
Mr. Satchit Borgaonkar, CEO
The Chief executive officer, Mr. Satchit Borgaonkar, 32, young, dynamic, professional having twelve years versatile experience in taxation, accountancy and corporate management. He is a visiting faculty in Indian Institute of Banking & finance (IIBF) Nagpur chapter, G.S. College of Commerce & Economics, National Academy of Defence Production (NADP). Mr. Satchit has authored book on indirect taxes. He is also a member of Vidharbha Industries Association. He is one of founder member of ISFA.
He is heading a B.P.O and also heading manpower consultancy. His vision is to provide the job & expertise in the field of accounts, finance & information technology to the young degree holders. His has a vide experience in the field of funds management & planning.
